Overview and Nature of Service
RocketsBrief is an independent digital product and AI-assisted build platform operated as a brand by an independent creator/developer in a personal capacity.
RocketsBrief is not a registered company, corporation, large agency, regulated professional services firm, legal advisor, financial advisor, tax advisor, security auditor, hosting guarantee provider, or compliance certification provider.
RocketsBrief may provide AI-assisted website generation, landing page generation, web app concepts, SaaS screens, client portal concepts, UI layouts, code-related outputs, receipt and invoice capture tools, structured data extraction, digital product previews, hosted preview pages, subscription-based care plans, build credits and related platform features.
All platform features and digital outputs are provided as digital tools, AI-assisted digital product functionality and platform access. RocketsBrief does not guarantee that any output, preview, website, application, design, code, copy, structure or generated material will be legally compliant, production-ready, secure, error-free, profitable, suitable for any specific business, or safe for public use without review.
By using RocketsBrief, you understand that AI-generated and digitally assisted outputs require your own review, testing, approval, compliance checks and professional advice where necessary before being used publicly, commercially, legally, operationally or with real users.
AI Tools, Prompts, Uploads and Outputs
RocketsBrief AI Builder allows users to submit prompts and project instructions to generate or assist with digital builds, previews, layouts, interface concepts, copy, components, code-related structures and other digital outputs.
RocketsBrief AI BriefScan may allow users to upload, capture or submit receipt and invoice images or documents so that AI-assisted systems can extract visible data, structure rows, flag low-confidence fields, prepare CSV, Excel or JSON-style outputs, and assist with review workflows.
AI BriefScan prepares data for faster review. Before bookkeeping, the user or accountant should confirm key values: invoice number, amounts, quantities, sale prices and profit calculation. AI extraction may contain errors, so RocketsBrief / AI BriefScan is not responsible for decisions or bookkeeping entries made without human review.
AI-generated outputs may contain errors, incomplete logic, inaccurate assumptions, design inconsistencies, security issues, non-working code, misleading copy, unsuitable images, extraction mistakes, OCR errors, incorrect totals, incorrect VAT calculations, missing fields, legal or regulatory risks, accessibility issues, intellectual property concerns, privacy risks, or content that requires manual review and correction.
You are solely responsible for reviewing, testing and approving any output before using it publicly, commercially, legally, operationally, with clients, with customers, with employees, with users, or in any real-world environment.
RocketsBrief does not guarantee that any AI-generated output will be error-free, unique, legally compliant, production-ready, secure, profitable, suitable for your business, compatible with every browser or device, free from third-party similarity, free from copyright/trademark issues, free from privacy issues, or free from reputational risk.
You are responsible for deciding whether an output is appropriate for your industry, jurisdiction, target audience, legal requirements, advertising rules, data protection obligations, accessibility obligations, tax obligations, consumer protection obligations and business risks.
RocketsBrief may use third-party AI infrastructure providers to process prompts and generate outputs. Model names shown inside the interface may be presented as RocketsBrief product modes or engine labels. The underlying technical providers, models, routing logic, costs, limits and availability may change over time without notice.
RocketsBrief may apply filters, limits, formatting rules, generation constraints, repair steps, quality checks, image handling, prompt interpretation and output transformations to improve stability, safety, cost control, performance or service reliability. These systems may not always work perfectly.
Accounts, Authentication and Supabase
RocketsBrief may use Supabase or similar third-party infrastructure for authentication, account management, database storage, profile data, project records, credits, session management and related backend features.
When you create an account or use account-based features, certain personal data may be processed, including your email address, account identifiers, login/session data, project data, prompt history, credit records and related technical information.
Your email address may be used to create and manage your account, authenticate access, maintain your credit balance, connect your purchases to your account, provide service updates, handle support requests, protect account security, prevent abuse, process billing-related records and operate RocketsBrief features.
RocketsBrief does not sell your email address to advertisers. Additional details about how personal data is collected, used, stored, retained and protected are described in the RocketsBrief Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.
RocketsBrief does not directly control all technical infrastructure used by Supabase and cannot guarantee uninterrupted access, permanent data availability, complete immunity from external outages, provider incidents, provider policy changes, security incidents, account restrictions, data processing changes or service interruptions.
Payments, Credits, Subscriptions and PayPal
RocketsBrief may use PayPal or similar third-party payment infrastructure for checkout, payments, subscriptions, credit purchases, digital delivery, receipts, invoices, fraud review, payment disputes, refunds, failed payments and customer billing processes.
When you make a purchase, your payment transaction may be processed by PayPal or another authorized payment provider. Payment information, billing details, receipts, invoices, refunds, disputes, buyer protection claims, payment reversals, checkout rules and account restrictions may be governed by the payment provider's own terms, privacy policy and payment rules.
RocketsBrief does not directly store full credit card details and does not independently control PayPal's approval, decline, invoice generation, refund processing, buyer protection decisions, fraud checks, chargeback handling, account limitations, currency conversion, payment availability or payment restrictions.
Credits are digital usage units for RocketsBrief AI Builder, AI BriefScan and related AI tool actions. Credits may be consumed when generating, editing, refining, expanding, debugging, creating app screens, creating UI components, connecting database tasks, generating code, generating previews, updating previews, scanning receipts, scanning invoices, extracting document data, preparing structured exports or performing other AI-assisted actions.
Credits may also be consumed when using conversational AI Builder features, AI BriefScan features, or any other AI-assisted platform feature, including chatting with the AI assistant, asking follow-up questions, requesting analysis, requesting changes, asking for debugging help, asking for project guidance, continuing a previous project, uploading or scanning documents, extracting visible data, preparing exports, or sending any instruction that triggers an AI processing action. A message, upload or scan does not need to generate a full new website in order to consume credits if it uses AI processing, project context, preview analysis, document analysis, data extraction, code generation, refinement, or other platform functionality.
Simple account navigation, viewing an already generated preview, opening a page, or browsing static public pages should not consume credits unless an AI processing action is triggered.
Unless clearly stated otherwise at checkout, credits are not cash, have no monetary value outside RocketsBrief, cannot be exchanged for money, cannot be transferred to another account, cannot be resold and do not represent ownership of RocketsBrief, infrastructure, AI models or third-party services.
Credit costs may vary depending on the selected builder mode, action type, prompt complexity, project size, context length, image handling, update scope, AI model routing, repair attempts, system load and technical requirements.
Subscription plans may renew automatically until cancelled. Users are responsible for managing cancellation through the available PayPal tools, customer portal, account settings or payment provider process. Cancelled subscriptions may remain active until the end of the paid billing period unless stated otherwise.
Prices, credit amounts, subscription benefits, included features, builder costs, usage limits, credit policies and available packages may change over time. Changes will not intentionally reduce already purchased unused credits unless required by technical, legal, payment provider, fraud-prevention, abuse-prevention, security or operational reasons.
Refunds, Cancellations and Chargebacks
Because RocketsBrief provides digital products, AI-generated outputs, credits, previews and platform access, purchases may become non-refundable once credits are used, a digital product is delivered, a preview is generated, an AI action is performed, a subscription period starts, or digital preparation/generation has begun.
Once credits have been consumed, used, spent or applied to AI Builder actions, AI BriefScan actions, uploads, scans, extractions, exports or other AI processing actions, those used credits are non-refundable to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
Unused credits may be reviewed for refund eligibility only at RocketsBrief's discretion and subject to payment provider rules, fraud checks, abuse-prevention checks, transaction status, subscription status, account status and applicable law.
RocketsBrief does not guarantee refunds for dissatisfaction with AI-generated output quality, prompt misunderstanding, user error, unsuitable prompts, changed business needs, failure to review outputs, failure to use credits, third-party provider delays, AI limitations, design preference differences, or results that require further editing.
Subscription cancellations prevent future renewals but do not automatically refund previous payments unless required by law, approved by RocketsBrief, or processed through PayPal or another payment provider under its own rules.
Refunds, when approved, may be full or partial and may take time to appear on the customer's payment statement depending on PayPal, the payment method, bank, card network, currency and region.
RocketsBrief may suspend or terminate access to accounts, credits, previews, subscriptions, platform access or digital products in cases of chargebacks, payment disputes, failed payments, fraud concerns, abusive usage, violation of these Terms, security risk, illegal content, provider restriction or technical necessity.
If a user opens a chargeback, payment dispute, PayPal claim or payment reversal after receiving digital credits, AI outputs, previews, files, subscriptions or access, RocketsBrief may suspend the related account, credits, previews, subscriptions and access while the dispute is investigated.
Client Content, Published Websites and Acceptable Use
You are responsible for all content you submit, upload, paste, prompt, request, publish, download, deploy, host, save online or provide to RocketsBrief, including text, images, brand materials, business information, personal data, client data, credentials, files, code, designs and instructions.
You confirm that you have the rights, permissions and lawful basis to use and submit any content you provide.
You are solely responsible for any website, landing page, app screen, digital product, page, code, copy, image, design, claim, offer, advertisement, product description, pricing statement, legal statement, medical statement, financial statement, investment statement, user flow, form, checkout flow or public material that you create, download, publish, deploy, host, distribute, sell, show to clients or make available online using RocketsBrief outputs.
If you use RocketsBrief to create a website or digital product that creates legal, commercial, reputational, financial, safety, compliance, consumer, privacy, copyright, trademark, advertising, tax, regulatory or other risk, you are responsible for that risk and for obtaining professional review before publishing or using it.
RocketsBrief is not responsible for damages, claims, losses, disputes, takedowns, penalties, customer complaints, regulatory issues, intellectual property claims, privacy claims, security issues, advertising claims, payment issues, business losses or reputational harm caused by your use, publication, deployment, modification or distribution of RocketsBrief outputs.
You must not submit or request content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, deceptive, infringing, malware-related, exploitative, privacy-invasive, credential-stealing, spam-related, or intended to harm systems, users or third parties.
You must not use RocketsBrief to create or assist with scams, phishing pages, fake login pages, deceptive payment flows, impersonation, malware, unauthorized surveillance, illegal products, hate content, harassment, exploitation, unlawful data collection, or content that violates the rights or safety of others.
You must not upload sensitive secrets such as passwords, private keys, API keys, payment card numbers, government ID documents, medical records, confidential third-party information or regulated personal data unless specifically required and handled through an approved secure process. Receipts and invoices may contain personal data, business data, tax identifiers, addresses, payment details, supplier information or financial records, and you are responsible for ensuring that you have the right and lawful basis to submit those documents.
RocketsBrief may refuse, limit, suspend, delete or remove access to any project, prompt, account, output or service request that appears unsafe, abusive, illegal, infringing, high-risk, unpaid, disputed, deceptive, harmful, incompatible with these Terms or likely to create liability for RocketsBrief, its operator, users, payment providers, hosting providers or infrastructure providers.
Build Previews, Revisions and Delivery
RocketsBrief may provide build previews, hosted previews, downloadable files, code snippets, app screens, design previews, landing pages, websites, dashboards, UI components, or related digital outputs.
A preview is not always a final production product. It may be incomplete, experimental, AI-generated, manually adjusted, or subject to further testing and refinement.
For optional manual review or preparation, the exact delivery scope, revision allowance, preparation time and approval process may be described on the relevant product page, checkout page, invoice, email, or project communication.
For AI Builder and AI BriefScan usage, generation speed, extraction accuracy and output quality may depend on prompt complexity, selected build mode, scan quality, image clarity, document layout, visible text, available credits, third-party AI availability, system load, internet connection, payment status, database availability, hosting provider availability and technical limitations.
RocketsBrief may change, pause or stop a preview, hosted page, build session or project if required for technical, legal, payment, security, abuse-prevention, provider-related or operational reasons.
Hosted preview pages are provided for review, testing, demonstration or temporary access unless expressly stated otherwise. RocketsBrief does not guarantee permanent hosting, permanent availability, search engine indexing, production suitability, uninterrupted uptime or indefinite storage of previews.
Intellectual Property and Ownership
You keep ownership of content, brand assets, copy, images and materials that you lawfully provide to RocketsBrief.
For paid final deliverables created specifically for you, ownership of the final agreed digital output may transfer to you after full payment has cleared, unless a product page, written agreement, invoice, email or checkout description states otherwise.
Until full payment is received and cleared, RocketsBrief retains ownership and control over any custom source code, design structures, layouts, previews, components, configurations and work product created by RocketsBrief.
You may not copy, deploy, resell, host, extract, reverse engineer, or reuse unpaid previews or unpaid custom work.
RocketsBrief may retain the right to reuse general ideas, non-confidential techniques, reusable components, templates, layout patterns, design systems, code structures, prompts, internal tools, workflows and know-how that are not unique confidential assets of the client.
AI-generated outputs may not always be unique. Similar or identical outputs may be generated for other users due to the nature of AI systems, templates, common prompts, public patterns, stock assets, reusable design conventions or similar instructions.
Third-party assets, including stock images, fonts, icons, libraries, open-source code, APIs, hosting services, AI models and payment systems, may be subject to their own licenses, terms and restrictions. You are responsible for checking whether your intended use of any output or asset is permitted.
Third-Party Providers
RocketsBrief may rely on third-party providers for hosting, authentication, databases, AI models, payments, email, analytics, file storage, monitoring, domain services, deployment, customer support and other infrastructure.
These providers may include, but are not limited to, Supabase, PayPal, Cloudflare, GitHub, AI model providers, email providers, stock image providers, font providers and other infrastructure vendors.
Third-party providers operate under their own terms, privacy policies, service limits, uptime conditions, data processing rules, account restrictions, compliance frameworks, dispute processes, pricing, API limits and availability rules.
RocketsBrief is not responsible for outages, errors, pricing changes, data incidents, restrictions, policy changes, account suspensions, tax treatment, payment disputes, failed checkouts, rejected payments, payment holds, chargebacks, API limitations, AI model changes, AI provider outages, hosting interruptions, DNS issues, deployment failures or other events caused by third-party providers.
Cloudflare may be used for hosting, deployment, performance, security, DNS, caching or related infrastructure features.
Supabase may be used for authentication, database storage, user accounts, project records, credits and related backend services.
PayPal may be used for payments, subscriptions, checkout, billing, transaction records, disputes and related payment operations.
Data, Privacy and Security
RocketsBrief may process personal data, project data, uploaded document data and extracted data to provide accounts, authentication, AI Builder functionality, AI BriefScan functionality, payments, subscriptions, credits, support, security, fraud prevention, abuse prevention, service improvement and legal compliance.
Data may be stored or processed through third-party infrastructure providers, including Supabase for authentication/database functions, Cloudflare for hosting/security/performance functions and PayPal for checkout/payment/billing functions.
RocketsBrief may store account-related information such as email addresses, account identifiers, credit balances, purchase records, prompt history, project records, generation history, technical logs and support communications where needed to operate the service.
RocketsBrief takes reasonable steps to protect user data, but no online service can guarantee absolute security, uninterrupted access, permanent data retention, error-free processing, or complete protection against unauthorized access, provider incidents, software bugs, browser issues, user-side security mistakes, weak passwords, malware, phishing, network attacks or third-party outages.
You are responsible for ensuring that any personal data you submit is lawful to submit and does not violate privacy rights, confidentiality obligations, employment obligations, client contracts or applicable laws.
You should not submit unnecessary personal data, sensitive data, confidential data, private credentials, private keys, medical records, financial records, tax records, regulated information, receipts or invoices into prompts, uploads, scans or generated projects unless you understand and accept the risks.
RocketsBrief may delete, anonymize, restrict or retain data where reasonably necessary for service operation, abuse prevention, security, legal compliance, payment records, tax records, dispute handling, backups, fraud prevention, provider requirements or operational continuity.
More detailed information about personal data, cookies, account data, email addresses, third-party processors and user privacy rights is provided in the RocketsBrief Privacy Policy.

RocketsBrief is not liable for any claim, damage, penalty, dispute, takedown, customer complaint, lawsuit, regulatory action, account suspension, business loss, public harm or third-party issue arising from your publication, hosting, deployment, sale, distribution, modification or use of any output created with RocketsBrief.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RocketsBrief's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid to RocketsBrief for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim during the three months before the claim arose.
If no payment was made for the specific service giving rise to the claim, RocketsBrief's liability is limited to zero to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
Changes to the Service
RocketsBrief may update, modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the service, including features, AI models, AI Builder, AI BriefScan, credits, pricing, subscriptions, product names, checkout providers, hosting providers, technical infrastructure, preview behavior, scan behavior, extraction behavior, export behavior, credit costs, usage limits, generated output behavior and user interface.

These Terms are governed by the local laws and regulatory practices applicable to the independent operator of RocketsBrief, unless mandatory consumer protection laws require otherwise.
Any dispute, claim or disagreement will first be addressed through good-faith communication by email. If the issue cannot be resolved informally, it will be handled under the applicable local legal framework.
