Overview and Nature of Service
RocketsBrief is an independent digital product and AI-assisted build platform operated by an independent creator/developer in a personal capacity.
RocketsBrief may provide AI-assisted website generation, landing page generation, web app concepts, SaaS screens, client portal concepts, UI layouts, code-related outputs, digital product previews, hosted preview pages, subscription-based care plans, build credits and related platform features.
RocketsBrief is not a large agency, corporation, legal advisor, financial advisor, tax advisor, hosting guarantee provider, or regulated professional service provider. All platform features and digital outputs are provided as digital tools, AI-assisted digital product functionality and platform access.
AI Builder, Prompts and Outputs
RocketsBrief AI Builder allows users to submit prompts and project instructions to generate or assist with digital builds, previews, layouts, interface concepts, copy, components, code-related structures and other digital outputs.
AI-generated outputs may contain errors, incomplete logic, inaccurate assumptions, design inconsistencies, security issues, non-working code, or content that requires manual review and correction.
You are responsible for reviewing, testing and approving any output before using it publicly, commercially, legally, operationally, or with real users.
RocketsBrief does not guarantee that any AI-generated output will be error-free, unique, legally compliant, production-ready, secure, profitable, suitable for your business, or free from third-party similarity.
RocketsBrief may use third-party AI infrastructure providers to process prompts and generate outputs. Model names shown inside the user interface may be presented as RocketsBrief product modes or engine labels. The underlying technical providers may change over time without notice.
Accounts, Authentication and Supabase
RocketsBrief may use Supabase or similar third-party infrastructure for authentication, account management, database storage, profile data, project records, credits, session management and related backend features.
When you create an account or use account-based features, certain personal data may be processed, including your email address, account identifiers, login/session data, project data, prompt history, credit records and related technical information.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.
RocketsBrief does not directly control all technical infrastructure used by Supabase and cannot guarantee uninterrupted access, permanent data availability, or complete immunity from external outages, incidents, provider changes, policy changes or service interruptions.
Payments, Credits, Subscriptions and Lemon Squeezy
RocketsBrief may use Lemon Squeezy or similar third-party payment infrastructure for checkout, payments, subscriptions, credit purchases, digital delivery, receipts, invoices, tax/VAT handling, fraud review, payment disputes, refunds, failed payments and customer billing portals.
When you make a purchase, your payment transaction may be processed by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record or by another authorized payment provider. Payment information, billing details, tax calculations, receipts, invoices, refunds, disputes and checkout rules may be governed by the payment provider's own buyer terms, privacy policy and payment rules.
RocketsBrief does not directly store full credit card details and does not independently control the payment provider's approval, decline, tax calculation, invoice generation, refund processing, fraud checks, chargeback handling or account restrictions.
Credits are digital usage units for RocketsBrief AI Builder and related build actions. Credits may be consumed when generating, editing, refining, expanding, debugging, creating app screens, creating UI components, connecting database tasks, generating code or performing other build actions.
Unless clearly stated otherwise at checkout, credits are not cash, have no monetary value outside RocketsBrief, cannot be exchanged for money, cannot be transferred to another account and cannot be resold.
Subscription plans may renew automatically until cancelled. Users are responsible for managing cancellation through the available customer portal or payment provider tools. Cancelled subscriptions may remain active until the end of the paid billing period unless stated otherwise.
Prices, credit amounts, expiration rules, subscription benefits and included features may change over time. Changes will not reduce already purchased credits unless required by technical, legal, payment provider, fraud-prevention or abuse-prevention reasons.
Refunds, Cancellations and Chargebacks
Refund availability may depend on the product type, digital delivery status, credit usage, subscription status, payment provider rules, fraud checks, abuse-prevention checks and applicable law.
Because RocketsBrief provides digital products, AI-generated outputs, credits, previews and platform access, some purchases may become non-refundable once credits are used, a digital product is delivered, a preview is generated, or digital preparation/generation has started.
RocketsBrief may set its own refund policy where permitted. However, Lemon Squeezy or another payment provider may also process refunds, chargebacks, payment reversals, fraud reviews or payment actions according to its own terms, risk review and legal obligations.
Refunds, when approved, may be full or partial and may take time to appear on the customer's payment statement depending on the payment provider, payment method, bank and region.
Subscription cancellations prevent future renewals but do not automatically refund previous payments unless required by law, approved by RocketsBrief, or processed through the payment provider under its own rules.
RocketsBrief may suspend or terminate access to accounts, credits, previews, subscriptions or platform access or digital products in cases of chargebacks, payment disputes, failed payments, fraud concerns, abusive usage, violation of these Terms, security risk, illegal content, provider restriction, or technical necessity.
Client Content and Acceptable Use
You are responsible for all content you submit, upload, paste, prompt, request or provide to RocketsBrief, including text, images, brand materials, business information, personal data, client data, credentials, files, code, designs and instructions.
You confirm that you have the rights, permissions and lawful basis to use and submit any content you provide.
You must not submit or request content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, deceptive, infringing, malware-related, exploitative, privacy-invasive, credential-stealing, spam-related, or intended to harm systems, users or third parties.
You must not upload sensitive secrets such as passwords, private keys, API keys, payment card numbers, government ID documents, medical records, or confidential third-party information unless specifically required and handled through an approved secure process.
RocketsBrief may refuse, limit, suspend or remove access to any project, prompt, account, output or service request that appears unsafe, abusive, illegal, infringing, high-risk, unpaid, disputed, or incompatible with these Terms.
Build Previews, Revisions and Delivery
RocketsBrief may provide build previews, hosted previews, downloadable files, code snippets, app screens, design previews, landing pages, websites, dashboards, UI components, or related digital outputs.
A preview is not always a final production product. It may be incomplete, experimental, AI-generated, manually adjusted, or subject to further testing and refinement.
For optional manual review or preparation, the exact delivery scope, revision allowance, preparation time and approval process may be described on the relevant product page, checkout page, invoice, email, or project communication.
For AI Builder usage, generation speed and output quality may depend on prompt complexity, selected build mode, available credits, third-party AI availability, system load and technical limitations.
RocketsBrief may change, pause or stop a preview, hosted page, build session or project if required for technical, legal, payment, security, abuse-prevention or provider-related reasons.
Intellectual Property and Ownership
You keep ownership of content, brand assets, copy, images and materials that you lawfully provide to RocketsBrief.
For paid final deliverables created specifically for you, ownership of the final agreed digital output may transfer to you after full payment has cleared, unless a product page, written agreement or checkout description states otherwise.
Until full payment is received and cleared, RocketsBrief retains ownership and control over any custom source code, design structures, layouts, previews, components, configurations and work product created by RocketsBrief.
You may not copy, deploy, resell, host, extract, reverse engineer, or reuse unpaid previews or unpaid custom work.
RocketsBrief may retain the right to reuse general ideas, non-confidential techniques, reusable components, templates, layout patterns, design systems, code structures, internal tools and know-how that are not unique confidential assets of the client.
AI-generated outputs may not always be unique. Similar or identical outputs may be generated for other users due to the nature of AI systems, templates, common prompts, public patterns or reusable design conventions.
Third-Party Providers
RocketsBrief may rely on third-party providers for hosting, authentication, databases, AI models, payments, email, analytics, file storage, monitoring, domain services, deployment, customer support and other infrastructure.
These providers may include, but are not limited to, Supabase, Lemon Squeezy, Cloudflare, GitHub, AI model providers, email providers and other infrastructure vendors.
Third-party providers operate under their own terms, privacy policies, service limits, uptime conditions, data processing rules, account restrictions and compliance frameworks.
RocketsBrief is not responsible for outages, errors, pricing changes, data incidents, restrictions, policy changes, account suspensions, tax treatment, payment disputes, failed checkouts, rejected payments, API limitations, AI model changes or other events caused by third-party providers.
Data, Privacy and Security
RocketsBrief may process personal data and project data to provide accounts, authentication, AI Builder functionality, payments, subscriptions, credits, support, security, fraud prevention, service improvement and legal compliance.
Data may be stored or processed through third-party infrastructure providers, including Supabase for authentication/database functions and Lemon Squeezy for checkout/payment/billing functions.
RocketsBrief takes reasonable steps to protect user data, but no online service can guarantee absolute security, uninterrupted access, permanent data retention, or complete protection against unauthorized access, provider incidents, software bugs or user-side security mistakes.
You are responsible for ensuring that any personal data you submit is lawful to submit and does not violate privacy rights, confidentiality obligations, employment obligations, client contracts or applicable laws.
RocketsBrief may delete, anonymize, restrict or retain data where reasonably necessary for service operation, abuse prevention, legal compliance, payment records, tax records, dispute handling, backups, security logs or provider requirements.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RocketsBrief is provided on an "AS-IS" and "AS-AVAILABLE" basis.
RocketsBrief makes no warranties that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, profitable, legally compliant, production-ready, compatible with every browser/device, suitable for every business, or free from third-party provider issues.
RocketsBrief is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of customers, loss of data, business interruption, downtime, failed deployments, security incidents, payment provider issues, AI output errors, third-party claims or reputational damage.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RocketsBrief's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid to RocketsBrief for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim during the three months before the claim arose.
Changes to the Service
RocketsBrief may update, modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the service, including features, AI models, credits, pricing, subscriptions, product names, checkout providers, hosting providers, technical infrastructure, preview behavior and user interface.
RocketsBrief may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the local laws and regulatory practices applicable to the independent operator of RocketsBrief, unless mandatory consumer protection laws require otherwise.
Any dispute, claim or disagreement will first be addressed through good-faith communication by email. If the issue cannot be resolved informally, it will be handled under the applicable local legal framework.
