RocketsBrief is an AI-assisted digital product and build platform operated as a brand by an independent creator/developer in a personal capacity.

RocketsBrief may provide AI Builder access, AI BriefScan access, prompt-based generation, document scanning, receipt and invoice capture, structured data extraction, digital previews, build credits, subscriptions, hosted digital products, account features, project records and related platform functionality.

This Privacy Policy explains what information may be collected, why it may be collected, how it may be processed, which third-party infrastructure providers may be involved, and what choices may be available to users.

RocketsBrief does not sell personal data or user email addresses to advertisers.

RocketsBrief is not a registered company, corporation, large agency or regulated professional services provider. RocketsBrief is operated as an independent brand by an individual creator/developer.

For privacy purposes, the operator of RocketsBrief may determine why and how certain personal data is processed for account access, AI Builder functionality, AI BriefScan functionality, credits, payments, security, support and service operation.

Third-party infrastructure providers may process data on behalf of RocketsBrief or as independent providers depending on the service involved, their own terms, applicable law and the type of processing.

RocketsBrief may collect or process the following types of information:

Account information: Email address, account identifier, login/session information, profile information if enabled, authentication status.

AI Builder, AI BriefScan and project information: Prompts you submit, project names or project descriptions, generated outputs, preview data, build settings, selected builder mode or engine label, credit usage records, project history, uploaded files, images, receipts or invoices if enabled, screenshot/context data if submitted, extracted document data, scan history, export-ready rows, confidence flags, validation results, and related AI tool activity.

Payment and billing information: Customer name, email address, billing address where required, country or tax location where required, purchased digital product, subscription status, credit purchase records, receipts, invoices or order identifiers, payment status, refund status, chargeback status or payment dispute status.

Technical information: IP address, device/browser information, session data, error logs, security logs, usage events, pages visited, date and time of activity, performance data and diagnostic information.

Support information: Emails sent to RocketsBrief, support requests, bug reports, feedback, screenshots, error reports and any information you choose to provide when contacting RocketsBrief.

RocketsBrief may use information to: Create and manage user accounts, authenticate users and maintain login sessions, provide AI Builder functionality, provide AI BriefScan functionality, process receipt or invoice scans, extract visible document data, prepare structured outputs, store project records, prompt history, scan records and generated outputs where enabled, track credit balances and credit usage, connect credit purchases and subscriptions to the correct user account, process credit purchases, subscriptions, refunds, disputes and account access, provide digital previews and platform access, respond to support requests, improve platform stability, reliability, safety and user experience, prevent fraud, abuse, misuse, spam, payment disputes and unauthorized access, debug errors and monitor technical performance, protect the service, users, infrastructure and payment systems, comply with legal, tax, payment, accounting, security and provider obligations, enforce the Terms of Service.

RocketsBrief only aims to collect and process information that is reasonably necessary for operating the platform and related digital products.

RocketsBrief may use Supabase or similar third-party infrastructure for authentication, account management, database storage, session handling, project records, scan records, extracted data records, credits and related backend functionality.

Information processed through Supabase may include: Email address, account ID, login/session data, project records, prompt records, generated output records, scan records, uploaded document metadata, extracted document data, export-ready rows, confidence or validation flags, credit balances, credit usage history, subscription or purchase-related account data, profile or dashboard data if enabled.

RocketsBrief stores user email addresses in Supabase to create and manage accounts, authenticate users, connect purchases and credits to the correct account, maintain project history, maintain scan history where enabled, provide account support, protect account security and operate AI Builder and AI BriefScan services.

Supabase operates under its own privacy, security and data processing terms. RocketsBrief does not fully control Supabase infrastructure, uptime, internal systems, policy changes, outages, data locations, security incidents or provider operations.

Users are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for all activity under their account.

RocketsBrief may use PayPal or similar third-party payment infrastructure for checkout, payments, subscriptions, credit purchases, digital delivery, receipts, invoices, fraud review, failed payments, refunds, chargebacks and payment disputes.

When you make a purchase, payment and billing information may be processed by PayPal or another authorized payment provider.

RocketsBrief does not directly store full credit card details, bank account details or complete payment credentials.

Payment information may be processed according to PayPal's own Privacy Statement, user agreement, payment rules, refund rules, dispute rules, fraud-prevention systems, compliance requirements and legal obligations.

Payment-related information may be retained where required for accounting, tax, dispute handling, fraud prevention, compliance, refunds, chargebacks, subscription management or payment provider requirements.

For payment-related data, users may also need to contact PayPal or use PayPal account tools because certain billing, transaction, dispute, identity, fraud-prevention and payment records are controlled or processed by PayPal.

When you use RocketsBrief AI Builder, prompts and project instructions may be processed to generate digital outputs, previews, layouts, copy, interface concepts, code-related structures, images, visual sections or other build materials. When you use AI BriefScan, uploaded or captured receipts, invoices or related document images may be processed to extract visible data, structure rows, flag uncertain fields, validate totals, prepare exports or support review workflows.

RocketsBrief may use third-party AI infrastructure providers to process prompts, uploads, document images, screenshots, receipt data, invoice data and generated or extracted outputs.

AI tool data may include prompt text, project instructions, generated HTML/CSS/code-related output, preview data, selected builder mode, model routing labels, uploaded files or images, uploaded receipts or invoices, extracted merchant names, dates, totals, VAT or tax fields, line items, addresses, document metadata, confidence scores, validation flags, current preview context, screenshots if submitted, and generation/update/scan history.

You should not submit sensitive secrets or private information into AI prompts, uploads, scans or project fields, including: Passwords, API keys, private keys, payment card numbers, bank account details, government ID documents, medical records, confidential third-party data, highly sensitive personal information, regulated information, or information you do not have permission to use. Receipts and invoices may contain personal data, supplier data, business data, tax identifiers, VAT information, addresses, amounts, payment details or financial records, and you should only upload documents you are allowed to submit and process.

AI-generated outputs, extracted document data, scan results, confidence flags and export-ready rows may be stored in your account, browser session, project history, scan history, database records or system logs where needed to provide platform functionality, debugging, support, abuse prevention, fraud prevention, service continuity or platform improvement.

AI BriefScan export files such as CSV, Excel-compatible CSV and JSON are prepared for download from the current scan session. RocketsBrief does not intentionally store those downloaded export files as separate downloadable files on its servers. When you clear the scan workspace, the visible scan queue and prepared export data are removed from the active workspace, although temporary records, browser/session data, logs, backups, security records, provider processing records or account-related records may still be retained where reasonably necessary for service operation, debugging, abuse prevention, billing, legal compliance or technical continuity.

Model names shown inside the interface may be displayed as RocketsBrief product modes or engine labels. The underlying technical providers, model routing and infrastructure may change over time.

RocketsBrief may review limited technical information, prompts, outputs or logs where reasonably necessary to debug issues, prevent abuse, respond to support requests, protect the service, investigate payment/account problems or improve reliability.

RocketsBrief may use cookies, local storage, session storage or similar technologies to: Keep users signed in, remember interface preferences, maintain sessions, protect account access, track basic usage and performance, store temporary builder state, support checkout or billing redirects, connect purchases to accounts, improve security and reliability.

Some cookies, local storage, session storage or similar technologies may be provided by third-party infrastructure providers such as authentication, payment, hosting, analytics, monitoring or security tools.

You may be able to control cookies through your browser settings, but disabling cookies may prevent parts of RocketsBrief from working correctly.

RocketsBrief may rely on third-party providers for authentication, database storage, payments, subscriptions, AI model processing, hosting, deployment, email, analytics, security, monitoring, customer support, file storage, domain and infrastructure services.

These providers may include, but are not limited to: Supabase, PayPal, Cloudflare, GitHub, AI model providers, email providers, stock image providers, font providers, analytics providers, monitoring providers and other infrastructure vendors.

Cloudflare may be used for hosting, deployment, performance, security, DNS, caching, traffic routing and related infrastructure features.

Supabase may be used for authentication, database storage, user accounts, project records, credit records, session handling and related backend services.

PayPal may be used for payments, subscriptions, checkout, billing, transaction records, disputes, fraud prevention and related payment operations.

GitHub may be used for code hosting, deployment workflows, version control or related development operations.

AI model providers may be used to process prompts, document uploads, receipt or invoice images, screenshots, extracted data and AI-assisted outputs.

Stock image or font providers may be used to load visual assets, stock images, fonts or related resources in generated previews where applicable.

Third-party providers operate under their own privacy policies, terms, data processing agreements, retention rules, security standards and legal obligations.

RocketsBrief is not responsible for the independent privacy practices, security incidents, outages, account restrictions, payment rules, tax handling, policy changes or processing decisions of third-party providers.

RocketsBrief may share or make information available only where reasonably necessary for: Providing the platform, processing authentication, processing payments, managing subscriptions, tracking credits, generating AI outputs, processing document scans, extracting receipt or invoice data, hosting or deploying previews, sending operational emails, providing support, preventing fraud or abuse, debugging technical issues, complying with legal obligations, enforcing the Terms of Service, protecting RocketsBrief, users, infrastructure providers, payment providers or third parties.

RocketsBrief does not sell personal data or user email addresses to advertisers.

RocketsBrief may disclose information if required by law, court order, payment provider rules, tax requirements, security investigation, fraud prevention, abuse prevention, dispute handling, chargeback investigation or to protect RocketsBrief, users or third parties.

RocketsBrief may retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to: Provide account access, operate AI Builder features, operate AI BriefScan features, maintain project, scan, extraction and credit records, connect purchases to user accounts, process subscriptions and payments, provide support, prevent fraud or abuse, resolve disputes, handle refunds, chargebacks and payment investigations, comply with legal, tax, accounting or payment obligations, maintain security logs and backups, enforce the Terms of Service.

Some information may remain in backups, logs, provider systems, payment records or tax records for a limited period even after account deletion or deletion requests.

Payment and billing information may be retained by PayPal or other payment providers according to their own legal, tax, fraud-prevention, dispute-handling and compliance obligations.

Project data, prompt history, generated previews, scan records, uploaded document metadata, extracted data, export-ready rows and credit records may be retained while your account is active or where reasonably necessary for service operation, support, security, abuse prevention, billing records, dispute handling or technical continuity.

RocketsBrief takes reasonable technical and organizational steps to protect information, including using third-party infrastructure providers that offer authentication, database security, payment security, hosting protections and platform security tools.

However, no online platform can guarantee absolute security.

RocketsBrief cannot guarantee that information will never be accessed, lost, altered, interrupted, delayed, corrupted or exposed due to provider incidents, user-side security mistakes, weak passwords, browser/device compromise, software bugs, network attacks, third-party outages, payment provider issues, hosting provider issues, unauthorized access beyond reasonable control, phishing, malware or misuse of user credentials.

Users are responsible for protecting login credentials, using secure devices, keeping browser/software updated, avoiding suspicious links and avoiding the submission of highly sensitive information into prompts, uploads, scans or project fields.

Depending on your location and applicable law, including where applicable data protection laws apply, you may have rights to: Request access to personal information, request correction of inaccurate information, request deletion of certain information, request restriction of certain processing, object to certain processing, request a copy of certain information, withdraw consent where consent is the legal basis, close your account, ask questions about how your data is processed.

RocketsBrief may need to verify your identity before processing a request.

Some requests may be limited where data must be retained for legal, payment, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, security, dispute resolution, abuse-prevention, backup, technical continuity or provider-related reasons.

For payment-related data, you may also need to contact PayPal or use PayPal's customer/billing/account tools, because certain billing, invoice, tax, refund, dispute, fraud-prevention and transaction records are controlled or processed by the payment provider.

RocketsBrief is not intended for children.

Users must not use RocketsBrief if they are under the age required to legally use online digital products, AI tools, payment features or account-based platform features in their country.
