RocketsBrief is an AI-assisted digital product and build platform operated by an independent creator/developer in a personal capacity.
RocketsBrief may provide AI Builder access, prompt-based generation, digital previews, build credits, subscriptions, hosted digital products, account features, project records and related platform functionality.
This Privacy Policy explains what information may be collected, why it may be collected, how it may be processed, and which third-party infrastructure providers may be involved.
RocketsBrief does not sell personal data to advertisers.
Information We Collect
RocketsBrief may collect or process the following types of information:
Account information: Email address, account identifier, login/session information, profile information if enabled, authentication status.
AI Builder and project information: Prompts you submit, project names or project descriptions, generated outputs, preview data, build settings, selected builder mode or engine label, credit usage records, project history if account features are enabled.
Payment and billing information: Customer name, email address, billing address where required, country or tax location where required, purchased digital product, subscription status, credit purchase records, receipts, invoices or order identifiers, payment status, refund status or chargeback status.
Technical information: IP address, device/browser information, session data, error logs, security logs, usage events, pages visited, date and time of activity.
Support information: Emails sent to RocketsBrief, support requests, bug reports, feedback, any information you choose to provide when contacting RocketsBrief.
How We Use Information
RocketsBrief may use information to: Create and manage user accounts, authenticate users, provide AI Builder functionality, store project records and prompt history where enabled, track credit balances and credit usage, process credit purchases and subscriptions, provide digital previews and platform access, respond to support requests, improve platform stability and user experience, prevent fraud, abuse, misuse and unauthorized access, debug errors and monitor technical performance, comply with legal, tax, payment and security obligations, enforce the Terms of Service.
RocketsBrief only aims to collect and process information that is reasonably necessary for operating the platform and related digital products.
Supabase Authentication, Accounts and Database
RocketsBrief may use Supabase or similar third-party infrastructure for authentication, account management, database storage, session handling, project records, credits and related backend functionality.
Information processed through Supabase may include: Email address, account ID, login/session data, project records, prompt records, credit balances, credit usage history, profile or dashboard data if enabled.
Supabase operates under its own privacy, security and data processing terms. RocketsBrief does not fully control Supabase infrastructure, uptime, internal systems, policy changes, outages or security incidents.
Users are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for all activity under their account.
Lemon Squeezy Payments, Billing and Subscriptions
RocketsBrief may use Lemon Squeezy or similar third-party payment infrastructure for checkout, payments, subscriptions, credit purchases, digital delivery, receipts, invoices, tax/VAT handling, fraud review, failed payments, refunds, chargebacks and customer billing portals.
When you make a purchase, payment and billing information may be processed by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record or by another authorized payment provider.
RocketsBrief does not directly store full credit card details.
Payment information may be processed according to Lemon Squeezy's own Privacy Policy, Buyer Terms, payment rules, refund rules, chargeback rules, tax/VAT requirements and legal obligations.
Payment-related information may be retained where required for accounting, tax, dispute handling, fraud prevention, compliance, refunds, chargebacks or payment provider requirements.
AI Builder Prompts and Generated Outputs
When you use RocketsBrief AI Builder, prompts and project instructions may be processed to generate digital outputs, previews, layouts, copy, interface concepts, code-related structures or other build materials.
RocketsBrief may use third-party AI infrastructure providers to process prompts and generate outputs.
You should not submit sensitive secrets or private information into AI prompts, including: Passwords, API keys, private keys, payment card numbers, government ID documents, medical records, confidential third-party data, highly sensitive personal information, information you do not have permission to use.
AI-generated outputs may be stored in your account, browser session, project history or system logs where needed to provide platform functionality, debugging, support, abuse prevention or platform improvement.
Model names shown inside the interface may be displayed as RocketsBrief product modes or engine labels. The underlying technical providers may change over time.
Cookies, Sessions and Local Storage
RocketsBrief may use cookies, local storage, session storage or similar technologies to: Keep users signed in, remember interface preferences, maintain sessions, protect account access, track basic usage and performance, store temporary builder state, support checkout or billing redirects, improve security and reliability.
Some cookies or session technologies may be provided by third-party infrastructure providers such as authentication, payment, hosting, analytics or security tools.
You may be able to control cookies through your browser settings, but disabling cookies may prevent parts of RocketsBrief from working correctly.
Third-Party Providers
RocketsBrief may rely on third-party providers for: Authentication, database storage, payments, subscriptions, tax/VAT handling, AI model processing, hosting, deployment, email, analytics, security, monitoring, customer support, file storage, domain and infrastructure services.
These providers may include, but are not limited to: Supabase, Lemon Squeezy, Cloudflare, GitHub, AI model providers, email providers, analytics or monitoring providers.
Third-party providers operate under their own privacy policies, terms, data processing agreements, retention rules, security standards and legal obligations.
RocketsBrief is not responsible for the independent privacy practices, security incidents, outages, account restrictions, payment rules, tax handling, policy changes or processing decisions of third-party providers.
Data Sharing
RocketsBrief may share or make information available only where reasonably necessary for: Providing the platform, processing authentication, processing payments, managing subscriptions, tracking credits, generating AI outputs, hosting or deploying previews, sending operational emails, providing support, preventing fraud or abuse, debugging technical issues, complying with legal obligations, enforcing Terms of Service.
RocketsBrief does not sell personal data to advertisers.
RocketsBrief may disclose information if required by law, court order, payment provider rules, tax requirements, security investigation, fraud prevention, abuse prevention or to protect RocketsBrief, users or third parties.
Data Retention
RocketsBrief may retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to: Provide account access, operate AI Builder features, maintain project and credit records, process subscriptions and payments, provide support, prevent fraud or abuse, resolve disputes, comply with legal, tax, accounting or payment obligations, maintain security logs and backups, enforce Terms of Service.
Some information may remain in backups, logs, provider systems, payment records or tax records for a limited period even after account deletion or deletion requests.
Payment and billing information may be retained by Lemon Squeezy or other payment providers according to their own legal, tax, fraud-prevention and compliance obligations.
Security
RocketsBrief takes reasonable technical and organizational steps to protect information, including using third-party infrastructure providers that offer authentication, database security, payment security and hosted platform protections.
However, no online platform can guarantee absolute security.
RocketsBrief cannot guarantee that information will never be accessed, lost, altered, interrupted, delayed, corrupted or exposed due to: Provider incidents, user-side security mistakes, weak passwords, browser/device compromise, software bugs, network attacks, third-party outages, payment provider issues, hosting provider issues, unauthorized access beyond reasonable control.
Users are responsible for protecting login credentials, using secure devices and avoiding the submission of highly sensitive information into prompts or project fields.
Your Rights and Choices
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to: Request access to personal information, request correction of inaccurate information, request deletion of certain information, request restriction of certain processing, object to certain processing, request a copy of certain information, withdraw consent where consent is the legal basis, close your account.

RocketsBrief may need to verify your identity before processing a request.
Some requests may be limited where data must be retained for legal, payment, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, security, dispute resolution or provider-related reasons.
For payment-related data, you may also need to contact Lemon Squeezy or use the payment provider's customer/billing tools, because certain billing, invoice, tax, refund and transaction records are controlled or processed by the payment provider.
Children's Privacy
RocketsBrief is not intended for children.
Users must not use RocketsBrief if they are under the age required to legally use online digital products, AI tools, payment features or account-based platform features in their country.

International Processing
RocketsBrief may use third-party providers that process data in different countries.
